This single floor 1800s historical renovation contracted by Diamond Tile & Marble Installation was taken to the next level with a Terrazzo floor with 4’x4′ dimensions. In order to level 140+ year old floor self-leveling was prescribed. Under the Terrazzo is two different zones of Mapei Strata Heat, providing a comforting floor surface in colder weather while also heating the home. This electric wire heat extends into the shower pan as well. The joints are inlayed with solid brass strips, providing serious bling and class at the same time. 2″x8″ Cement tile is utilized in conjunction with an original 1800s fireplace.
